Mi sembra sia un bonus sticky, cioè se versi 20$ e giochi con 40$ se scendi a 20 non li puoi ritirare....

alla fine non mi hanno accreditato i 100$ ma mi hanno tolto i 40$ di bonus. però sulle terms c'è chiaramente scritto:

mi sta bene che abbiano le stesse condizioni degli alrti casino, ma allora che non scrivessero che non c'è pt da soddisfare!! non ha senso che posso riscuotere tutto il cash balance e che tolgono il bonus dal cash balance...c'è il bonus balance apposta!!!

deve essere impostato così perché questo bonus esisteva prima dell'invenzione del ezcash bonus, quindi non avranno aggiornato i loro sistemi o qualche cosa del genere.

Comunque le regole sono chiare, non c'è pt puoi incassare quando vuoi ma il bonus non è incassabile, poco importa se ti dava tutto incassabile, è un bonus sticky e viene rimosso al momento dell'incasso.
