No, so che chiedono il deposito, ma mai mi avevano detto che il primo bonus è obbligatorio. Comunque ho richiesto il prelievo e ancora non ho fatto il deposito, ho mandato un'email al reparto finanziario per chiedere conferma del fatto che il bonus sia obbligatorio. Senti, non è una cosa strana,succede spesso se non hai mai depositato.

Es hai vinto 300,hai conferma che puoi incassare quando vai in sezione banca, altrimenti non te lo permetterebbero

fai il deposito richiesto (è per verifica loro) e poi ritiri e lasci lì il bonus

ovvio che la prossima volta non te lo ridanno

Se ho capito bene ti ha detto che puoi anche giocare senza il bonus del primo deposito ma che devi completare i requisiti solo al primo deposito. Preleva tutto e poi fai un deposito, quando finisci i requisiti ti pagano. Con me sono sempre stati corretti e veloci nel pagamento
