Non mi ritengo un giocatore fazioso e cerco sempre di capire i comportamenti dei casinò prima di giudicarli ma stavolta non ci riesco proprio.

In due parole, ecco la storia:

Interwetten apre la nuova sezione Giochi e offre un bonus reward 100% fino a 200€

Siccome so che sono rognosi con le terms vado in chat per sapere se sono eleggibile e dicono di sì (non avrebbero motivo di rifiutare, non ho nemmeno mai giocato nel loro casinò).

Siccome il bonus è partizionabile su più depositi, metto 20€ con pt 40x

Anche se c'era il BJ gioco solo alle slots quasi il doppio del pt richiesto.

Vado in chat a richiedere il bonus e lascio a voi ogni ulteriore commento, io sono senza parole.

questa situation mi riporta alla memoria altre due vicende altrettanto oscene:

1) un casino rewards ora non mi ricordo quale (lo Zodiac?) comunque a suo tempo denunciai l'accaduto qui nel forum: ero stato escluso da tutte le promo dei rewards (e lo sono ancora) ma siccome continuavo a ricevere un'offerta via mail, decisi di chiedere delucidazioni in chat. Ovviamente mi dissero che assolutissimamente al 1000% io ero eleggibile, nonostante io avessi detto allo stordito di turno che ero da tempo escluso da tutti i bonus.

A quel punto non sapeva più come dirmi che ero eleggibile e per farmi un favore mi ha lasciato in attesa, ha chiesto al manager e poi è tornato confermandomi che il bonus mi sarebbe stato accreditato al primo deposito.

Ho depositato e ovviamente non ho mai ricevuto nulla, motivo? in chat mi hanno detto subito dopo che ero escluso dalle promo..

2) Superior casino (rival) accetto un bonus in due step: deposita almeno 50eur col 100% e se perdi ricevi 25 for free col (mi pare) 40x di pt.

Ho depositato, ho perso e non ho mai ricevuto i 25, motivo? il casino si riserva il diritto di togliere i bonus in qualunque momento, a quanto pare anche se l'avevi già accettato e in parte giocato..

La clausola incriminata si trova nel paragrafo promozioni quindi potrebbe riferirsi solo al gioco con bonus (un misero 50%), anche così è illogica perché a prescindere dalla validità dei metodi come dovremmo giocare secondo loro? a catso?

Con le loro regole anche la Gae's ass applicata alle slots porta alla confisca delle vincite.

Pochi giorni fa l'avevo scritta quasi come battuta, invece è la cruda realtà!

Altre spiegazioni non ne vedo.

Io ho concluso in perdita sennò mi avrebbero confiscato pure le vincite.

Il bonus che viene accreditato dopo il playthrough è uno dei più sicuri (per il casinò) e anti-abuso, se non si può nemmeno essere certi che te lo accreditino è davvero una vergogna.

Nei casi di JJ la situazione capitata nel grupo rewards si deve all'inenttitudine del supporto clienti, e quella al Superior mi sembra simile a questa capitata a tonino.

Se il motivo del diniego è stata la progressione bè allora hanno dei criteri ben strani dato che se avessi puntato sempre level stake (curva rossa) avrei limitato il danno dell'onda negativa nella seconda parte del wagering.
