If you have any difficulties in providing copies of the documentation referred to above then please contact the security team on +44 (0)870 351 3462.
Once we have been able to confirm your identity we will proceed with opening your NETeller account. Until then the account will be closed and you will not be able to deposit or transfer money from the account.
If you have any questions about this email, please contact NETeller security on +44 (0)870 351 3462. Please make sure that you have your NETeller account ID available to quote on any correspondence or during any phone call.
If you contact us by phone please note that your phone call may be recorded for security and training purposes and that you may be asked a number of security questions to confirm your identity. Account information will not be disclosed to any third party that may call on your behalf and NETeller staff will never ask you for your password.
