Strani tutti questi bonus gratuiti.

Di norma il Prism non paga i free chips agli italiani, nemmeno se hanno fatto un deposito in precedenza (però le eccezioni ci sono sempre).

Il documento che hai postato assomiglia molto al Faxback Form che richiedono assieme ai documenti di identificazione,

di norma viene richiesto alla prima domanda di incasso.

Dato che non hai ancora eseguito alcun deposito, sembra che loro vogliano spingere i nuovi ad usare la carta di credito. Addirittura "regalando" bonus.
