Io non capisco bene l'inglese, ma mi sembra di capire che ci vogliono circa 7 giorni(eheheh! Forse sono troppo ottimista) e che mi siano richiesti dei documenti, se è così vorrei sapere se qualcuno sa che documenti devo mandargli,(magari c'è qualcuno che l'inglese lo capisce meglio di me)

I casino di questo gruppo RTG sono lenti e tignosi e non molto affidabili secondo me perché prima di incassare devi scrivere un vagone di e-mail e mandare i documenti piu' volte.....comunque se non hai versato con carta di credito devi mandare una copia del documento di identita' o passaporto fronte retro e una fattura della Telecom o Enel o Gas a te intestata nel tuo indirizzo di residenza (leggibile), se hai versato con carta di credito vogliono anche copia fronte retro della carta (coprendo il codice nel retro). Se hai rispettato tutte le condizioni e se ti accettano il prelevamento beh puoi aspettare anche piu' di un mese per riscuotere ...forse......Buona Fortuna!!!!!
